00:09:53 – 6. Discuss and act on Resolution for Administrative / Engineering Procurement.

00:14:21 – 8. Hear the activity report from the Ballinger Fire department from Asst. Chief Brent Allen.

00:34:40 – 9. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Stanley Maresch.

00:38:01 – 10. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.

00:41:16 – 11. Hear request for future agenda items from City Council.

No Executive Session – 12. The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 Consultation with City Attorney (Update on
alternative water project.)
