City Council Meeting Video – November 6, 2016

00:29 – 2. Prayer and pledge of allegiance.

01:33 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the October 16, 2017 and October 30, 2017 meetings.

01:59 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address the Council on any subject.

03:07 – 5. Discuss and act on resolution to cast votes for Runnels County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

04:18 – 6. Discuss and act on a resolution granting the Chamber of Commerce permission to have a parade on November 25, 2017.

05:32 – 7. Discuss and act on the request from Greg West to close Avenue A between 16th and 17th Streets.

07:26 – 8. Discuss and act on the request of Kimberly Arzate to open a gaming/consignment business at 200 S. 7th Street.

25:27 – 9. Consider approval of building permits.

26:14 – 10. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Stanley Maresch.

27:43 – 11. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.

30:31 – 12. Hear request for future agenda items from City Council.

33:27 – 13. The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 Personnel Matter (Consider granting extended leave to Anthony Hurst.)

33:39 – 14. Action from executive session.

33:43 – 15. Adjourn.
