00:15 – 1. Call meeting to order.

00:28 – 2. Prayer and pledge of allegiance.

01:20 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the October 1, 2018 and October 17, 2018 meeting.

05:07 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address the Council on any subject.

05:22 – 5. The City Council may consider, discuss or take action on re-establishing the curfew ordinance for the City.

07:02 – 6. The City Council may consider, discuss or take action on a request from the Chamber to have a Christmas in Olde Ballinger parade on November 24, 2018.

08:28 – 7. The City Council may consider, discuss or take action on the quarterly tourism report from Tammie Virden.

12:54 – 8. The City Council may consider, discuss or take action on hiring an independent auditor to perform an audit of City finances.

41:12 – 9. Consider approval of building permits.

42:04 – 10. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Stanley Maresch.

48:30 – 11. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.

58:20 – 12. Hear request for future agenda Items from City Council.

58:38 – 13. The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, Consultation with attorney regarding Millersview-Doole Water Supply Agreement and Abilene Water Supply Agreement and Abilene Water Infrastructure Agreement).

58:46 – 14. Action from executive session.

The City Council may take any action It deems necessary as a result of executive session, including, without limitation:

Council may approve the amendments to the Millersview-Doole Water Supply Agreement.  Council may approve the amended Abilene Water Supply Agreement and Abilene Water Infrastructure Agreement.

59:00 – 15. Adjourn.
