Many of you may have received “Free Water Test” packets in the mail. Please understand – these ARE NOT from The City of Ballinger. These mailers are solicitations from a private water treatment company based out of San Angelo who is looking to sell you additional services.
Ballinger City Water has consistently remained within all applicable Drinking Water regulatory parameters as established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Specific details are public information and can be found in annual Drinking Water Quality Reports submitted to TCEQ and published on the City’s website www.ballinger-tx.com under the heading “Departments” and “Water Plant – Water Quality Reports”.
